Hello and welcome to the political underground that is Schertz, Texas. This site and the e-mail address associated with it are privately owned and in NO way affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Schertz or any other political subdivision. All contents herein and associated addresses are protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. This site is dedicated to exposing corruption within the Guadalupe Valley of Texas and politics in general. I am not a political group and I am not affiliated with any political party or politician. I am not out to disgrace any certain political figure, nor endorse one. I am just a frustrated blue collar citizen that is tired of the good ol boy system that has been in place for way too long in my local government. With local elections quickly approaching, I hope to inform the voting public of what their representatives are doing and have done so that they can make an educated decision when they go into the voting booths and attend government meetings. I do not know if anybody will ever read these posts, but I sincerely hope that they accomplish their goal of covering the stories that the news won’t and provide the public with the information that they should know. This site is a work in progress and will be updated on a regular basis. I encourage all to check back daily. I also sincerely encourage your comments and any knowledge of political wrongdoing that you would like to share is always welcome. I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org and I promise that you will remain anonymous if you wish for me to share your stories and tips. Upcoming stories include: Mayor Hal Baldwin’s connection to a convicted sex offender; Suspicious business interactions between the City of Schertz and the family members of elected officials (favoritism anyone?); Cover-ups and potential sex favoritism regarding the alleged criminal activity of a high ranking female city official; Inadequate and unsafe public services; and much, much, much more. I dedicate these truths to two philosophies: “Giving money and power to government is like giving whiskey and car keys to teenage boys.” and “He who rejects change is the architect of decay. The only human institution which rejects progress is the cemetery.” – The Schertz government has been a cemetery for way too long. IT’S TIME FOR PROGRESS!
